Production time: Each item is printed on demand. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before shipping.

Other EU countries: approx. 3–5 business days after production

Shipping area: We currently ship within the European Union only. Orders placed with delivery addresses outside the EU will be cancelled and refunded.

Shipping fees: On our Print My Pet website, shipping is always free on orders above €50+. Standard shipping cost €5.90. On the Just Groom Me shop, shipping costs are displayed at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Carriers: We work with trusted courier partners to ensure reliable delivery.

Delays: Please note that production and shipping times are estimates. Public holidays or courier delays may occasionally extend delivery times.
Grooming services
Our grooming services are in-person only at our Alphen aan den Rijn location (or by appointment).
No shipping or delivery applies to grooming services.
Damaged or lost packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email info@justgroomme.nl with photos within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement at no cost.

If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
Responsibility
Once the package has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
