4. Return and Refund Policy

Grooming services
Grooming services are based on time and expertise and are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied, we offer one free adjustment within 48 hours of the appointment.

Custom products (clothing, accessories, Print-My-Pet items)
Personalized, made-to-order products are non-returnable under EU law (exception to the 14-day cooling-off period). Returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged or defective.
In such cases, please contact info@justgroomme.nl within 14 days, include photos and your order number. We will replace the item or issue a refund.

Standard products (if offered in the future)
Can be returned within 14 days in unused condition. The customer pays return shipping unless the product was defective.
