Terms of service
Appointments & cancellations
Your booking reserves dedicated time for your dog. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a 50% service charge or deposit forfeiture.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.
Late arrivals
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten the service to stay on schedule. If rescheduling is necessary, a fee may apply.
Matting & comfort
We always prioritize your dog’s wellbeing. Severe matting can cause stress and discomfort. In such cases, we may recommend shaving the coat short to prevent pain or skin injury.
Extra grooming time for de-matting will be charged as a matting fee, discussed with you beforehand.
Health & safety
Please inform us of any medical conditions, skin problems, fleas/ticks, or behavioral concerns before the appointment.
We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it could endanger your pet, other animals, or our staff.
Dogs with fleas or parasites may incur an additional treatment/cleaning fee.
Aggression & muzzles
For safety, we may use a soft muzzle if necessary. If a dog is excessively aggressive or unmanageable, the grooming session may be stopped. In such cases, charges will apply for the time and work already completed.
Puppies & senior dogs
We adapt our grooming to each dog’s age and condition. For puppies or senior dogs, the service may be shortened, split into sessions, or adjusted for comfort and safety.
Satisfaction adjustments
If you are not satisfied with the result, please contact us at info@justgroomme.nl within 48 hours.
We offer one complimentary adjustment appointment within 7 days of the original service.
Pricing
All prices are estimates. The final cost depends on the dog’s size, coat condition, behavior, and time required. Any additional charges will be discussed with you before proceeding.
Custom products
All personalized products (clothing, accessories, or merchandise with your dog’s photo/design) are made to order and non-refundable, except in the case of damage or defect.
In such cases, please notify us within 14 days with photos and your order details.
Payments
We accept card and online payments (Shopify Payments, iDeal, PayPal).
All prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
